I have been a massage therapist since 2007. I have worked in a range of areas including corporate massage,sports massage, remedial, relaxation and pregnancy massage.

I specialize in remedial massage and pre/post natal massage therapy and I provide the use of a pregnancy cushion which is completely adjustable to give you maximum comfort during your treatments. The cushion allows you to lay face down as you normally would during a massage with no pressure on the belly.

Massage during pregnancy will reduce your levels of stress and increase the 'happy' hormones flowing through your body. Research shows that a regular massage during pregnancy can reduce the chance of newborn prematurity, post natal depression and complications during labour.

At the end of each massage I will provide you with few stretches to help maintain relaxation and to help manage your condition at home or work.

I also provide a mobile service for pre and post natal clients for an extra fee of $20 per person. If you have a group booking of 3 or more people the mobile fee will be waived As part of my treatment I also teach massage techniques for fathers so you can use these techniques at home and during labour.
