Kinesiology has helped me to the point in my life in which I am currently at. I suffered a number of setbacks throughout my life, including a life time of bullying, a significant amount of weight gain in a short space of time, brain fog, 20 years of migraines, stress from a full on corporate career, food intolerances, depression, adrenal fatigue, major surgery, anxiety and devastating grief.

I was so personally affected and impressed with the effectiveness of Kinesiology that I was compelled to study it for myself, and make a career change so that I can help other through this amazing modality. But not only this, I wanted to be able to help people to reach and sustain wellness.

I am a huge believer in speaking from experience, and only asking my clients to do the things that I have tried myself and know that they actually work, everything from exercises, nutritional plans, clearing techniques, to referrals. And if I am unable to help you I will be honest and refer you on to someone who can. I understand that you are looking to get better and to better manage your symptoms, and I wish to empower you to reach this.

Study is an avid hobby of mine, and helping to Empower people to improve their wellbeing is my passion. Together I have been studying for more than 25 years, and evolving my interests as new opportunities come to rise.
