We believe the way of the future, if we wish to thrive is through a whole-istic approach to wellness.

We are in our early stages of building our collaborative business but have both been very passionate in a more natural approach to healing throughout our lives, so of course it made sense that we combine our knowledge and skills to offer others an overall approach to their health and wellness. 

We offer and promote several modalities, such as detoxing, nourishment, movement, breathwork, reiki, massage, art therapy and sound immersions... we tailor retreats and workshops to suit the demographic and environment, whether it be nature based, corporate, schools, early childhood or spas. We try and make it accessible to all as we believe it's vital for everyone's mental health and wellness to receive such profound change - mental health, nutrition and wellness does not discriminate based on age, gender or occupation, we're all human and in need of these modalities
