About Me
As a remedial massage therapist, my history of working in Osteopathic, Myotherapy and Chiropractic Clinics ensures I have experience treating acute and chronic back, shoulder, neck pain and headaches. I have treated clients with many and varied conditions and work closely with my clients health practictioners to ensure the best outcome for everyone. 

MASSAGE IS FOR EVERYONE AND SHOULD BE A REWARD FOR ALL BODIES WHO WORK HARD!

What YOU can expect from a treatment.

A treatment includes:
• A thorough initial medical history taken.
• Appropriate pre treatment testing
• A treatment using appropriate techniques,
which may include the following:

- REMEDIAL MASSAGE (including Trigger Point Therapy)

- SPORTS MASSAGE

- DRY NEEDLING

- STRETCHING
(using Active and Passive Range of Movement techniques)

• Treatment discussion & Management Advice (if necessary).
• Follow up contact (via email/phone) if appropriate.

Why come to me?
My promise to you is that you will be provided with the highest quality in care and treatment. Your therapy will be catered to your needs and you will be consulted about what techniques I will use before the beginning of the treatment. I also work at a Myotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic so I have strong networks should my patients need referral, medical advice, dietary information, vitamin/mineral supplements etc.

Where am I located?

I practice from the treatment room within CrossFit Knoxfield on Thursday and Saturday.

I also work at Tecoma Myotherapy in Upwey on Monday and Friday. 
**I retain the right to refuse treatment to any individual.

How long are the treatments?
Treatments can be 30/45/60/90 mins long

Initial treatments are usually 60mins.

Rebates ARE AVAILABLE from your Health Insurance (as long as your cover includes remedial massage).
