About Me - Liz O'Brien
Liz is a trained healthcare professional with clinical experience in stress and lifestyle management with over 20 years experience as a healthcare practitioner, primarily in the areas of PSYCH-K, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Stress Management and mindfulness meditation.
Liz works with individuals and groups of all ages, in one on one clinical situations, university tutorials and workplace seminars and workshops.
A tutor at Monash University School of Medicine in the Health Enhancement Program, Liz has been working with Dr Craig Hassed and his team of tutors in this core curriculum subject for medical students since 2007.
Liz's commitment to wellbeing is based on the understanding of the integral link between mind and body which recognises that physical and mental/emotional health go hand in hand.
