About

Kinesiology addresses the cause of pain or stress to help you to heal and transform, using various non invasive investigative and corrective techniques, such as acupressure and energy meridian therapy, chakra balancing, essential oils and flower essences, emotion diffusion, negative thought re-patterning and more. Human beings are essentially structures of dynamic energy, operating a little like a bio-computer. We store all of our experiences in our bodies and our energetic fields. Kinesiology can help to ‘empty the trash’ and upgrade our software, so we can lean into our best potential without being held back by old ways of being that don’t serve us anymore.

How will Kinesiology help me?

I can help you connect with choices that you may not realise you have, and can work with mental, emotional, physical/biochemical and spiritual imbalances.
I'm happy to discuss how it can help you.
