We specialize in stress and anxiety Hypnotherapy. We have created an anxiety program targeting anxiety at its roots. Instilling new neural pathways and coping strategies on a subconscious level so you are back in the control seat! Ecomindz uses a modern approach, no scripts, strategic psychotherapy, and clinical Hypnosis that is uniquely tailored to you. You even get a copy of the Hypnosis session to take home. In the program you get education, coaching, worksheets, helpful video clips/audio recordings, and even a self-hypnosis template to further assist you in your learning!

Subsequent Consultation $195

1 x In clinic or online 60-75min consultation.

3 Consultation pack $555

3 x 60-75min In clinic or online @ $185 each. (Packs can be booked at/after your initial or subsequent session direct with your Therapist).
