Eastbourne House is a fantastic location to base your medical, allied or natural health practice.  Our focus is to provide a comfortable environment where like-minded health practitioners can cross-refer and deliver services in a safe, secure, confidential and well maintained space.

Our beautiful consulting rooms are within two buildings on Wellington Parade East Melbourne.

At 62 Wellington Parade there are 55 consulting rooms; the heritage building has beautiful features inside including high ceilings and an elegant modern environment. 

At 12 Wellington Parade, we have 9 consulting rooms, with a smaller and more modern environment beautifully renovated last year.

Whichever building you choose, you’ll be surrounded by supportive and established practitioners, and both you and your clients will benefit from an outstanding central and accessible location. 

There are several availability options to join our group, and these include:

• Daily room rental
• Regular part time or full time access to the same consulting room

There is 24 hour access so you can work as early or as late as you desire.

Our Holistic Wellness and Allied Health Hub at 62 Wellington Parade has a staffed reception area with meet and greet service available 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm Saturday.

Our Location

Our quiet and relaxing holistic wellness and allied health hub in East Melbourne is less than 1km from the CBD with Trams 75 and 48 at our door, and Jolimont train station is just a few minutes walk away.  Surrounding streets contain accessible 1 and 2 hour unmetered parking for your clients and there is onsite paid parking available for practitioners*.

Rooms and Rates

Rooms differ in size, with an average approximate room size of 16sqm (4m x 4m) and the largest 30 sqm.

Our rental rates are very competitive and include all outgoings.   

Hourly Rates:

Available at 62 Wellington Parade, rates range between $11.50 and $27.50 per hour + GST, depending on the number of hours used per month

Full Time Rates:

12 Wellington Parade - Start from $1,500 + GST per calendar month 

62 Wellington Parade - Start from $2,200 + GST per calendar month 

Daily Rates - Monday to Saturday:

12 Wellinton Parade - Start from  $110 + GST per day

62 Wellingon Parade  - Start from $135 + GST per day

Sunday Rate Bonus:

12 Wellington Parade - from $15 / day if taken in conjunction with a week day (or $50* Sunday only)

62 Wellingon Parade - from $15 / day if taken in conjunction with a week day (or $80* Sunday only)

* Note, GST is in addition to all rates quoted.
