We are a mind, body, and spirit healing center offering a diverse range of holistic health modalities. These range from hot and cold contrast therapy, yoga, reiki, Psychic readings, shamanic journeying, Infrared Saunas and redlight therapy towers, in-house gym facility, and counseling.

Our beautiful healing center is located in Hillsdale five minutes from Eastgardens Westfield shopping center.
Our center offers on-street parking with a minute's walk to our door and opportunities to park in the warehouse facility.
We offer a compassionate and all-encompassing approach to the diverse multicultural community that we cater to and believe that we can uplift and uphold a positive and unconditional, loving space for people to heal and move forward in their lives.
Our space is eco-sustainable, low light for eyes and energy systems, private consulting rooms that offer a safe and nurturing feel, and our high-quality in-house filtration runs our drinking water and saltwater cold tubs.
Our in-house gym is small enough for members to comfortably enjoy a vigorous workout with the freedom to move around and use the sauna and cold tub facilities without feeling rushed or watched.
We offer a three-seater infrared sauna with contrast therapy lights and the opportunity to use essential oils whilst in the sauna and a salt diffuser.
Our Yoga infra-red sauna offers the benefits of seating four people or the usage of one person to dissemble the bench and practice asana poses whilst enjoying the benefits of the heat and red light therapy.
