I began my career in 2005 studying a Diploma in Remedial Massage, and have since continued to study a number of different modalities and therapies.
Specialising in Women's Health I have a distinct interest in Pre-conception, Pregnancy and Postnatal therapies. As an Aromatherapist I have a strong interest in combining essential oils for pregnancy issues, labour preparation, birthing and postnatal issues.
I also believe it is VITAL to receive massage during pregnancy and the postnatal period - for your mental health as well as your physical wellbeing and recovery from pregnancy.
