I take a narrative and meaning-focused approach, exploring the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped you so far, working to rewrite the narratives that may no longer serve you. My background in yoga therapy and mindfulness allows me to bring mind-body awareness into sessions, helping you recognise how emotions manifest physically and how self-awareness supports healing.
I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, including grief and loss, relationship difficulties, co-parenting struggles, family breakdowns, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and religious trauma.
