AT DT Fitness we provide fun and motivating group fitness programs designed to get great results for people of all fitness levels. With four varied programs including Choose Your Own Adventure, Mummy and Me, Boxing In the Park and Introduction to Fitness we are sure to have a program to suit you.
At DT Fitness we run four different programs. Each program runs on a 12 week cycle (except introduction to Fitness which is 6weeks). You can start our programs at any time during the cycle.
CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE
This is a group fitness program like no other. You choose the goal and we make sure you achieve it. The Base program is a fat burning fitness building program but we can help youachieve your fitness goal whatever it may be.
MUMMY & ME
This is a great program for mum’s with children of any age. If you’re looking to get back into fitness or try fitness for the first time our mummy and me program is a great place to start.
INTRODUCTION TO FITNESS
Our Introduction to fitness program is a great way to find out what group fitness is all about. The program runs for 6 weeks. Our 20 minute classes are designed to ease people who have never participated in, or are getting back into fitness, into a fitness program. Build a love of fitness and get the life changing results that come with it.
BOXING IN THE PARK
This high intensity boxing for fitness program is a fun way to burn fat and build fitness fast.
EVENTS AND EVENT GROUPS
At DT Fitness we believe a love of fitness is built by experiences. We run Free event groups and charity events all year round for our members to get involved in.
