Distance healing can connect people across long distances, breaking down geographical and physical limitations.

Ili Ili Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage: Drawing inspiration from the ancient traditions of Hawaii, and focusing on stress relief and relaxation, I also specialise in Ili Ili Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage. This unique therapy uses smooth, heated stones to relax the body, reduce tension, and encourage the free flow of energy. The soothing warmth of the stones, combined with gentle massage techniques, helps ease muscle stiffness, improves circulation and flexibility, promotes lymphatic drainage, detoxification, pain management and deep relaxation, creating a sense of tranquillity, mental clarity and rejuvenation.

 Essential oils can also be used in the sessions either in the carrier oils, diffuser or both.

Crystal Healing & Chakras:

Crystal healing offers a powerful tool for balancing energy centres in the body. By using crystals and stones that resonate with different chakras, they can help clear blockages and realign the energies. This practice facilitates healing on both a physical and energetic level, promoting harmony and alignment throughout the entire being. This can be a standalone session or used with Reiki session.

Tarot and Oracle Cards readings: In addition to the hands-on healing modalities, with an intuitive approach, the cards drawn at the beginning of the session can provide insights into your current life’s challenges, offering guidance and clarity to those seeking direction or answers. The guidance can then be pondered when on the table for releasing, transmuting or bringing in energies as required.
