Nicola Smith is a massage therapist who is passionate about the benefits of massage therapy.
Suffering for years with headaches, migraines, stiff neck, muscle tightness and pain, she discovered the benefits of massage for herself and then went on to gain a Diploma in Remedial Massage. Nicola continues to learn new techniques to further develop her skills.
