Different Perspective Mentoring

At Different Perspective Mentoring I conbine both mentoring and Reiki healing together.

Reiki healings - Are a Japenese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes self healing. It is administered by the practitioner hovering or placing their hands over the energy centres of the body Eg: Chakras where the energy flows through us and assists in keeping us healthy and alive. Reiki treats the body, mind and spirit, it assists in developing spiritual and personal growth. It removes energy blockages and restores and balances our health on many levels leaving us with an improved feeling of peace, calmness, wellbeing, and improved self esteem. It promotes deep relaxation and improved sleep.  

Mentoring - Is a tool for reconnecting you to your true natural self, helping you get clarity and disconnect from those who no longer serve you well. Many of us for various reasons have wandered off our path and have lost ourselves along the way leaving us with us with limiting beliefs and thoughts that shorten our potential and have held us back from being who we truly are meant to be. We are all on our own journey to reconnect with the "healed" parts of ourselves that bring enormous joy, growth, satisfaction and fulfilment in our lives. Through mentoring I will assist you with building a framework of routine and structure, assist you with understanding your own personality and the personalities of others around you and help you build confidence and capacity to deal with stressful situations better by developing your own "tool box" I am a qualified Adult/youth AOD mental health worker, with qualifications in relationship coaching also. I have a genuine love for helping people find their way back to finding themselves.
