As described in the 'About' page I am a spirtual healer, incorporating  Reiki,  Sekhem and crystals, I have found this creates a powerful combination to change areas in your life that you may be struggling with.

Reiki, is a healing modality which has originated from Japan. It is gentle, calming and powerful. It promotes great change within oneself in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed and revitalised.

In the midst of emotional trauma Reiki healing can relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety, anger, guilt, sorrow, grief and fear which hold us back from moving forwards in our lives. I offer gentle support and guidance, and encouragement for your life’s path.
