I am a professionally trained Manual Therapist, with a specialisation in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Whatever your goals are, we will work together to develop a safe treatment for you. I enjoy giving treatments, I find them very relaxing, they become like a meditation form me. I love doing what I do and I look forward to connecting with you, if you choose to work with me. Every treatment I offer is unique in some way, as they are tailored to each person. Depending on your unique needs and preferences, some of the techniques you may choose include:
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Buccal, TMJ, scalp and facial massage
- Guided meditation & Movement
- Myofascial release and cupping therapies
- Meridian (acupressure) massage fully clothed on a soft futon on the floor or on a soft massage table
- Thermotherapy massage with hot stones and topical herbal applications
- Remedial massage, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy
- Deep relaxation massage including Swedish massage, reiki healing, guided breathwork & meditation
