Delba Counselling and Consulting Services (DelbaCCS) specializes in Multicultural Counselling, Disability Support Services, Disability Counselling Support, Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, Plan Management, Family Dispute Resolution, Consulting, Training and Development with offices in Dandenong, Narre Warren and Pakenham areas.

We provide disability support services, facilitate and conduct group-work on important topics that include but not limited to Depression, Self-Esteem, Men's Behaviour Change, Anger Management and Men Issues - Men Turning Point etc.

DelbaCCS consults with community organisations on various issues, and support them in improving resources to the best of their ability. We review and suggest improvement for better productivity and strengthen their improvement.

DelbaCCS maintains a high standard of clients care, clients confidentiality and privacy. We honour and respect clients rights, culture and autonomy; provide secure and comfortable environment for our clients to discuss their issues without any fear or worries.

Our staff are highly qualified, experienced and well trained in different approaches of counselling.

DelbaCCS is an independent accredited family dispute resolution practitioner who assist families and couples resolves their issues, encourage open discussion on issues in dispute and ensure each party is fully heard, and assist couples to reach agreement on a parenting plan and other important matters.

Delba Counselling and Consulting Services (DelbaCCS) specialises in Multicultural Counselling, NDIS- Disability Support Services, Family Dispute Resolution, Training and Development. DelbaCCS provide family dispute resolution to families and couples who are in crisis. Encourage open discussion on issues in dispute and ensure each party is fully heard, and assist couples in reaching agreement on parenting plan.

DelbaCCS caters for everyone including unemployed and pensioners. Medicare rebates may apply, and bulk billing is available to people with health care card. EFTPOS is available and all credit cards are accepted except American Express.

Standard Consultation - $120.00 - "All sessions are 60 minutes duration"
Couple/Marriage or families - $180.00 - "All sessions are 60 minutes duration"
Bulk Billing Available - $45.00 - "Gap fee extra"
Family Dispute Resolution - $160.00 - "60 minutes duration"


Clinical Supervision and Mentoring


At Delba Counselling and Consulting Services, we offer Clinical Supervision and or Mentoring to Allied Health Professionals (Therapists, Counsellors, Social Workers, Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses and Mental Health Workers).

What is Supervision?

According to NASW and ASWB taskforce (2013).

"Supervision protects clients, supports practitioners and ensures professional standards. Within this relationship the supervisor is responsible for providing direction to the supervisee...both parties are responsible for meeting goals, carrying out defined roles. This relationship is collaborative in nature. The supervisor provides the supervisee with mirroring through the parallel process".
