Myofascial Dry Needling

Myofascial Dry Needling (MDN) is a practice where very fine gauge, filament needles, or acupuncture needles, are inserted into sensitive, ‘trigger points’, located in ropy bands within a skeletal muscle. It is mostly used in combination with other treatment techniques.

Moxibustion (Moxa)

Moxibustion is a natural thermotherapy that can penetrate heat deeply into the body and has been used safely for thousands of years in Asian countries.

The herb, Mugwort, made into a floss from the leaf, is burnt and held over a moxa-point or affected area and the recipient feels a pleasant heating sensation creating a nice feeling of relaxation.

Ear Candles are a natural thermotherapy for Head and Ears.

I use original Hopi EarCandles made by BioSun, a safe and natural product that has been made in collaboration with the Hopi Indian people.
