Debbie O’Keefe, Director, holds BA (Psychology); Master Mental Health and Master Psychological Science and has over 18 years’ experience working with clients living with complex mental health concerns, experiencing rapid change or other stressors, in addition to providing executive coaching, vocational assessments and corporate services such as training, workplace investigations and informal mediation.

Debbie takes a holistic strength based approach to counselling and doesn’t subscribe to any one particular counselling technique, preferring to tailor the approach to suit your individual circumstances and personal style.  Debbie is also able to work alongside other health professionals that may be involved in your treatment to ensure you receive consistent treatment and care from all providers.

Debbie has extensive experience working with defence force personnel and their families, in addition to vulnerable families living with multiple complex needs.  Debbie has also had over 10 years’ experience working as a senior executive within community service and government organisations in addition to corporate consultancy work providing employee assistance programs, executive coaching, outplacement services including vocational assessments and career counselling, and tailored training packages.
