Guided Meditation Sessions every Monday & Wednesday - 9.30am to 11.30am & 7.00pm to 9.30pm. Limited to 6 participants/session.

2 hours • $20 (includes refreshment afterwards)

Meditation is a wonderful tool we can all enjoy for many different reasons, ranging from relaxation to spiritual growth. A group setting can assist us as we begin to journey within, offering bonds offriendship as we share the experience. Each session begins with guidance for the coming week from your oracle card & a brief recap of everyone's week. We then relax & unwind from our daily life & enjoy our meditation (time varies each week)

"Smokeless Smudge Spray"

Created with pure essential oils known for their energy clearing, raising & protective properties, for those who dislike the smoke/odour of smudging. Clear your immediate environment, at home, at work, in the car, yourself, children or pets.
