GETTING STARTED

Step 1

Free Fitness Assessment

Claim your free intro session, and receive a FREE Health and Movement assessment valued at ($67). This will give you a detailed assessment of where you’re currently at, and we will show you the most efficient way to reach your goals even if you’ve never been to a gym before.

Step 2

Beginners Program

Our “Essential Movements Program” is designed to give you a gradual and progressive step-by-step introduction to the Essential Movements, Methodology and Programming of Crossfit Caloundra here at Iron Lion. The Essential Movements Program gives you 3 x small group coaching sessions with one of our qualified CrossFit Caloundra Coaches that will teach you how to move safely & effectively for your fitness level.

Step 3

7 Day FREE Crossfit Trial

On completion of our Beginners course you will be eligible for 7 Days FREE of our Crossfit Group Sessions where you will experience; mobility drills to improve and restore joint mobility and function, skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout
· The Workout of the Day – which might be any combination of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, and more
· Post-workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout.
· Free Access to our open gym times & speciality classes including Yoga

OUR TEAM

We have a team of experienced trainers onsite to help you through every stage of your CrossFit training. Our coaches are CrossFit L1 and L2 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, fitness, weightlifting and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will motivate and train you to get in the greatest shape of your life!

Group Fitness Training (That Works!)

Our Crossfit Group program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, which includes members of our military special forces, full-time mums, doctors, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, business executives, accomplished athletes, and retired grandparents. Regardless of how you earn an income or your current fitness level, you will benefit from the coaching at CrossFit Iron Lion.

IN OUR ONE-HOUR GROUP SESSIONS, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE LEAD BY OUR EXPERT COACHES THROUGH MULTIPLE PHASES OF FITNESS AND RECOVERY:

Iron Lion Health and Performance Personal Training uses 3 different goal-based training programs to best suit the individual needs and desires of our members.

12 Week Challenges 

Our gender specific 12 week intensive weight loss and lifestyle modification program. Designed to burn massive amounts of body fat, while simultaneously increasing strength and muscle definition. Perform

Our “Performance” program is for individuals looking to take their athleticism to the next level. This program focuses on rapldly improving a members overall strength, energy system capacity and movement proficiency and skill. We facilitate these improvements through individualised training programs and nutrition plans. The key areas of focus are
– Weightlifting
– Gymnastics
– Strongman training
– Crossfit and Energy System development

Rejuvinate

Our “Rejuvinate” program is designed to Identify and correct weaknesses and imbalances to build healthy joints that last a lifetime. There is a strong focus on improving overall mobility & flexibility, whilst correcting muscle weakness and imbalance. This program is a key foundation to overcoming or preventing injuries and optimising a members ability to recover and get results.

WE ALSO OFFER SMALL-GROUP COACHING


  • More bang for your buck – Small group coaching is about half the price of an average personal training session, but you still get full access to the above programs, and individualised programming and coaching. That means you can train with your coach more frequently for the same investment, or train the same amount of time for close to half the price.

  • Train with a friend or meet a new friend – If you have a training partner already, great! If not, we will partner you with another individual who has a similar desire to achieve their fitness goals. Both of you will benefit from the support of training with a partner.
