About Craig Whelan
I can help you to improve health and well being...
After many years doing jobs which involved a lot of sitting and driving, my back and legs had become very tight which was impacting almost everything I did. I had never found any massage which was right for me - it was always either too light and had no real impact, or too painful because I was so tight, still without any therapeutic effect.
I then came across Raynor Massage, a style that incorporates many different styles including deep tissue, shiatsu, acupressure and reflexology. After receiving several treatments over a 2 week period my whole body was completely changed - for the first time in years I felt I could stand up straight!
I also had a lot more energy and awareness of my body which I hadn’t experienced for many years.I now know that the treatments were so effective because they work at a deep level, getting to the heart of the problem and releasing it where it really needs it.
Since then I have become a practitioner and teacher or Raynor Massage and have witnessed countless astounding results of releasing long term tension, and am a passionate advocate for this powerful massage style to improve health and well being.
