CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy works with the client in an altered state of consciousness, which enables contact with the unconscious mind. When this process is facilitated in a person-centred framework it is mind-body healing. This improves personal awareness and awareness beyond themselves to societies and all humankind. This method enables positive behavioural change and re-imagining or re-writing of internal belief systems, enhancing the individual’s optimal well-being.
Hypnosis is an intentional movement of the conscious, rational, logical, analytical mind, often referred as located in the left brain hemisphere, to the right brain hemisphere of imagination, intuition, creativity, and emotional ways of being.
Altered states of consciousness are required for entry to the unconscious to bring about healing. Imagination is the key to the unconscious, and it is via the unconscious that one is able to connect with one’s creative power.
Hypnotherapy is an altered state of resting alertness; and you are in full control.

In some cases a team approach may be necessary such as a combination 1:1 therapy with support groups, nutritionists, drug rehabilitation centres, massage, acupuncture, exercise programs etc.
