Doula and Counsellor

Hi. Welcome to my page.  I'm so happy that you found you way here. DOULA services:  I am an experienced and caring Doula with over 10 years experience. I am passionate about giving you the birth experience you desire.  I understand that this should be remembered as one of the most amazing experiences. The prenatal visits will help prepare you for the rest of the pregnancy, the birth experience and the postnatal period. I have successfully worked with women and their families to remove the fear and anxiety and helped them look forward to the whole experience of pregnancy and parenthood with love and excitement. COUNSELLOR:  I have worked as a counsellor for over 15 years, volunteering with Beyond Blue, PANDA and the Gidget Foundation in post natal depression and anxiety.  I am a caring, non judgemental and empowering counsellor that will help you start living life again. I have been helping people gain the inner peace that they have desired for so long.
