Counselling & Psychotherapy facilitate a therapeutic environment for you as the client to develop a relationship with the counsellor – to assist, heal, and to overcome psychological challenges, hurts and wounds. Throughout counselling sessions, you will be listened to, supported, and provided strategies to improve your life in ways that you weren’t aware of.

Susan Johnson is the CEO of Counselling Connections and has a background in mental health social work and as a clinical counsellor. Susan is a Christian and has been involved in mental health for more than a decade.
