About Monica
Monica is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher and Holistic Counselor. She became a Health Coach to share her passion and expertise about Living Clean and Eating Green through education and awareness campaigns offering optimal wellbeing support for young adults and women in the corporate world.
Monica completed her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness. Monica leads workshops on plant-based nutrition and living toxic free lifestyles, and offers individual health and nutrition change-support coaching to corporate women specializing in emotional and binge eating, anxiety, and spiritual counseling.
