Kinesiology

Modern kinesiology combines modern knowledge of the body and intricate brain functions with an ancient understanding of the body's energies. 

During this therapy, muscle monitoring or biofeedback is used to detect imbalances causing illness in the body.

Upon detection, practitioners provide techniques to assist the body's natural healing process in the event of unresolved stress reactions.

Life Counselling

When faced with difficult circumstances, such as losing a loved one, divorce, moving to a new area, natural disasters, career changes, or stress from schoolwork, trained professionals can make a profound difference.

In counselling, practitioners assist clients in defining goals and finding solutions to emotional problems, increasing communication and coping skills, fostering self-esteem, and facilitating positive behaviour changes.
