A modern anger course integrates the four key emotions in a person's life, namely, fear, anger, happy and sad. It uses the minds predictive system to make changes, whereas nearly all other therapies use the mind's comparative system to make change happen. In practice this means that rather than working on changing habits, and 90% of our behavior is habitual, it creates new habits and attaches those to the old habit using the Stop, find method [TM] and the Cognitive Principle Matrix.
