After completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2000, I continued my interest for health & wellbeing by becoming a qualified Naturopath in 2005. I have worked overseas & within Australia assisting people with both chronic & acute conditions. I incorporate a wide range of techniques, providing treatments that can be tailored to each individual.

Through simple dietary & lifestyle changes, using only the highest standard of quality assured herbal medicines & nutritional products, I help simplify what you need to do to make a difference to your health & wellbeing.

As a Naturopath, Colon Hydrotherapist & Massage Therapist, I have developed & use a range of modern health care programs that are designed to achieve superior long lasting results. I frequently keeping up to date with current research & education, but not forgetting the age old remedies that grandma used! I also have a network of professionals I refer with to ensure that each person gets the right help & support at the right time.

I offer 3 levels of care, so you can choose which suits your needs:
