I am a passionate Strength and Lifestyle Coach living in Perth, Western Australia.

Originally from a small Country town in New Zealand, I played a lot of sports growing up (mainly rugby union), from that, I discovered my passion for health and wellness.

I was given the opportunity to work at a small gym under the guidance of a coach, where I developed my passion and desire to help people realise and achieve their potential.

I then moved to Perth and shifted my mindset from one of aesthetics and what I thought was purposeful training, to one of function, movement, education and living holistically.

I started assessing clients individually and not using a “one size fits all” approach. By doing this, my clients not only had an increase in strength and energy but also became mentally and physically stronger.

I believe in constantly developing myself with the help from mentors, coaches, courses and books and implementing what I have learnt into my life and the coaching of my clients. “It's not what you know or who you know, it's what you do”

Result Based Training Joondalup

I am extremely excited to be a part of the team at Result Based Training Joondalup.

At RBT, I coach sessions for everyone, from seasoned athletes to beginners.

My sessions not only involve strength and conditioning work but also covers mobility, movement, nutritional advice and mindset work.

"Keith has inspired me since day one to become the very best I can. He creates challenging yet realistic goals for me to achieve on a daily basis. I have always resisted training with personal trainers until I met Keith. Keith would initially encourage me without putting any pressure on me to train with him.
