Remedial massage is a complementary therapy that benefits health conditions like muscle cramps, low back and sciatic pain, sports injuries, muscular atrophy, arthritis and more.

Reiki or Energy Healing

Caro is an experienced energy healer who gives personalised treatment to each of her client’s needs. 

By using Reiki, she can address problems involving physical/emotional pain, stress and tension, and energy imbalance.
