Hi my name is Nichole Hamilton founder of Cleansing Skin & Soul (CSS). I have had my business for 6 years and I started as a qualified Beauty Therapist and a Laser Hair Removal Technician.

My motto and aim was always to offer an outstanding service and leave the client feeling amazing inside and out. At the time 6 years ago I wasn’t sure how the inside feeling was to be measured or achieved but never was a truer sentence spoken.

After a few years of self-sabotage, addiction, depression and anxiety I started my own journey of self-development and learnings. Hypnotherapy literally saved my life and a few years later I studied it so I can now pay it forward.

I am now proud to say I have overcome my demons, am abundantly happy and at peace and now offer services as a qualified Hypnotherapist, NLP Therapist and Reiki Master Energy Healer.

I am in the process of relaunching my business CSS as Cleansing Skin and Soul and offering a holistic approach with mind body soul therapies and treatments. I am passionate about sharing my story, creating a safe space for people to connect and share their issues. Beauty is not skin deep; and I want all women and men to connect with their inner beauty and help them find their self-love, happiness and inner peace. I want people to not only look beautiful but FEEL beautiful as well.

Hypnotherapy and Reiki is amazing for people who have self-doubt, guilt, negative habits or addiction and for depression and anxiety. We all have over 90,000 thoughts per day and 80,000 of them are the same as yesterday and I know that the majority of the thoughts we repeat are the negative ones.

I want to share the tools I have to delete the negative thoughts, reboot the new positive words, actions, feelings and energy.

To date I have worked with many clients and children, overcoming not only negative emotions, but learning difficulties and delays.
