Claire has over 17 years experience as a remedial and integrated massage therapist in the Inner West region of Sydney.

She has treated a range of common physical conditions, in particular:

• chronic headaches
• sciatica
• TMJ
• plantar fasciitis
• lumbar and upper body pain associated with prolonged computer use
• sports-related injuries, as well as
• general aches and pains of overworked muscles
• post-surgery recovery

During her treatments, Claire uses a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, reflexology and lymphatic drainage to treat the cause of your pain and discomfort as well as the symptoms. She combines a refined treatment plan and maintenance schedule involving stretches and exercises to have you on the path to holistic health and wellness.

In addition to remedial bodywork, Claire has expertly designed beauty and reiki treatments to target skin health and mental relaxation.

Claire is an accredited member with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, maintains a current first aid certificate and adheres to a strict code of conduct. She is recognised by Australian health funds and is registered with hicaps for on the spot claims.

Claire currently has treatment rooms within Strathfield Burwood Chiropractic in Strathfield South. She offers weekday, weeknight and weekend availability.
