We have combined over 35 years experience in the health & fitness industry.

Darryl has a lifetime of experience in personal health and fitness due to his specialist career, naturally this incorporated personnal training to massage therapy, to then expand move into Bowen and Emmett Therapy and Nerve Dynamics.

I (pictured, Rachel) have over 20 years combined experience in human resources, workplace health, safety, rehabilitation and injury management, Bowen and Emmett Therapy, Nerve Dynamics and Yoga for Health.

We practice using various therapies:

• the Bowen Technique, is the application of determined rolling like pressure over muscles, nerves and tendons; and

• the Emmett Technique focuses on the application and direction of pressure on specific muscles in the body to release and reactivate the bodies systems.

The whole wellness philosophy includes, creating, reinforcing and collecting new supportive health and lifestyle habits...
I have already mentioned we both endeavour to practice what we preach. Therefore, an important part of our lives is our personal training.This incorporates a Yoga practice.

To deepen this practice, we have, in May 2018, completed an intensive 200 hour International Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh (The Birthplace of Yoga!), India. This will now of course assist our friends, family and clients in kicking a lifetime of those collected bad habits, to reinforce new supportive good habits for health and wellness. YOGA for HEALTH!
