Hypnosis is a trance state in which therapy can be conducted effectively. It is a state that each of us experience on a day to day basis. eg when we daydream, are drifting into/out of sleep, or are engrossed in a book or TV program & are unaware of the noise & activity around us.

I assist you to become very relaxed, to focus, & allow the processing of beneficial thoughts & images that support the goals which you choose.
