Catherine has many years of experience as a practitioner and teacher of Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage. She is also qualified for and offering Relaxation/Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage for women only.
She offers a variety of styles and techniques in her treatments and is able to tailor to your specific needs.
Catherine is a professional member of the Reflexology Assoc. of Australia. She has also been a member of the national board and held an executive position.
She is a registered professional practitioner and teacher with The Australian Reiki Connection and as such you can be assured of the quality of treatments and training received if you decide to explore Reiki with her.
Assisting you in your journey towards physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness with attention to your individual situation and needs is her passion.
Reiki, Reflexology and massage or a combination of these can be used to achieve anything from simple relaxation to enlightenment. The potential benefits to your health are unlimited.
