What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a group session of playful aerobic and breathing activity that turns simulated laughter into real laughter. The brain cannot tell the difference between real and simulated laughter and you get the benefits anyway. In a group it becomes contagious and quickly turns to a real belly laugh. When was the last time you really laughed?
