Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is a process that we utilise to alleviate the emotional conditions that exist within the energy systems of the body.
It is a method of psychological acupressure and involves using your finger to tap certain areas of the body and face which is how it gets it’s commonly referred to name, ‘tapping’.
The tapping points that are utilised are based upon the energy meridians that have been utilised for around 5,0000 years in traditional acupuncture but of course instead of utilising needles, we use our finger tips.
