It’s certainly not nice feeling constantly fatigued. Poor sleep can rob you of life’s pleasures and lead to all manner of serious health and safety risks. Well, for over 8 years I’ve been helping people in the mining and resources sector improve their sleep and fatigue management. What’s more, I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with sleep, having had a major spanner thrown in my works when I first flew to various locations in the country to deliver training in this very topic. Super early-morning wake up calls had never been on my radar, and as such, I developed anxiety about missing flights, not being able to sleep and so on. I hope the irony is not lost on you that I was flying in as the ‘expert’!

Thankfully, I reached into my trusty sleep toolkit and started successfully self-applying the super tools of the trade to get my sleep back on track.
