Vaccines
When we understand the facts about the covid vaccine, we can  reduce potential side-effects. 
 
The Astrazeneca vaccine is a bit of DNA and the Pfizer vaccine is a bit of mRNA that tells the muscle cells in your arm to make the coronavirus spike protein. Your immune system sees these and makes a defence against them. Some of the spike protein can escape the immune system and spread around the body and do some damage to other cells. This is what causes the side effects.
 
The spike protein attaches to cells by the ACE2 receptor. We can block this with certain foods and spices - 
 
CUMIN, LEMON PEEL (in drink below), PINK GRAPEFRUIT, CAPSICUM, CELERY, SPINACH, BROCCOLI, PARSLEY, RHUBARB, CHICORY LEAVES, SOYA BEANS.
