Love Wellbeing Sadness Anxiety Blame Anger

Have you found a situation in your life that is recurring and each time it happens, it becomes a bit worse than it was previously? You get stressed or sick, people are avoiding you and getting up in the morning becomes hard. Each time it happens you find yourself saying:
"Why does this keep happening to me?"
    "Why can't I change this?"
"She/he always does this to me!”
“It’s your fault this keeps happening to me!”
    "I never have any luck!"

We all have a tendency to make ourselves the victim in our own dramatic life story, replete with self-pity and blame. Do you think that sounds a bit harsh? Do you want to continue living the life you’re living, with all the drama, pain and illness? Because YOU create your own dramas in your life, and only YOU can change them!!

The path may not be easy, you may have to make choices that are difficult for you and others may not like, you will have to step outside your own comfort zone, but only you can change it.

Kinesiology can help in all aspects of your life that you would like to see improvement;

  • Repetitive behaviours.
  • Difficulty with remembering and recalling of information.
  • Muscular or body aches & pains and can’t find any relief.
  • Improve your sports capabilities.
  • Anxiety or stress that impedes your motivation for life.
  • Boost your immune system to avoid those colds and flues.
  • Generally improve your wellbeing and become the person you know you can and want to be.
Kinesiology can help you with this and lots more. You will be provided with a safe, understanding environment to assist you in identifying your issues and bringing you mind, body & soul back into balance, the way it is meant to be.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a non-invasive wholistic therapy that combines Eastern energy healing with Western sciences to view and treat the body as a whole.

The human mind, body & soul have a need to be well and function to their full potential. Whether it is mental, nutritional, emotional, physical and spiritual or a mixture of these, Kinesiology can assist and improve their functionality and prevent dis-ease & illness.

You do not have to be unwell to see a Kinesiologist. The benefit of Kinesiology is that your body is telling the practitioner where the stresses are and what corrections are required to bring your body back into balance.

How Kinesiology works…

Every muscle in your body connects to the brain, when the brain registers stress, it causes a muscle response.

It is through this muscle response, known as muscle monitoring, that the practitioner can access all your body’s systems; by following a trail of clues, the practitioner can identify the stresses associated with your issue.

The practitioner again uses muscle monitoring to find what corrections are needed to bring your body back into balance. These may include – affirmations, muscle stimulation, sound, flower essences, emotional stress diffusion, energy and/or working with your meridians & chakra’s, Figure 8’s, Five Elements etc.

Who can receive Kinesiology?

Kinesiology can assist everybody, including animals; a surrogate can be used to work with small children, elderly, painful muscles or body parts even your family pet.
