We all need help sometimes. With pressures at work and at home, we can feel less than brilliant. For me, an unsatisfying career, painful divorce and death in the family left me seeking a new direction in life. After a year-long sabbatical, I found inner peace, a new passion and the courage to step onto my path of guiding, healing and inspiring others. Brilliance by Design is the product of my soul search!
The holistic techniques we’ll use will make it easier for you to foster positive change, achieve goals and overcome the big negative emotions: anxiety, jealousy, fear, anger and depression. Many people find this kind of gentle — yet powerful — therapeutic coaching essential when they want to stop smoking, lose weight or conquer addiction.

NLP LIFE COACHING
Life coaching is a structured process of assisting and empowering you, to identify and achieve a set of desired personal goals and objectives. As your life coach, I employ a variety of tools and techniques to help you identify the skills and capabilities that are within you, and I enable you to use them to the best of your ability. You’ll shift perspectives and discover different solutions to achieve goals, which can have positive effects in many areas of life: personal, professional, social, family, spiritual, sports, etc.
As your coach, I support you to choose new perspectives and establish new beliefs about what is possible for the future. Lasting change only comes about with a change in limiting beliefs. I will call on you to identify and build on your strengths, acknowledge weaknesses and focus on what is working in your life. If you’re uncertain about what you want, we will explore that together.
CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is therapy undertaken while the client is in a state of hypnosis. Hypnosis is best described as a very deep state of relaxation. Hypnosis is a normal, natural, healthy state of mind.
A Clinical Hypnotherapist is a specialist in hypnosis, using the healing state of hypnosis to work with mental — and even physical — problems or conditions that you wish to change. Hypnosis enables you to achieve a state of mental, physical and emotional relaxation. In this state, you can work on healing, releasing dependencies and anxieties and/or enhancing mental performance.
REIKI THERAPY
Reiki is a gentle Asian hands-on spiritual and energetic healing technique. It is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch and visualisation techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person.
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means "universal life energy" in Japanese. Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional and spiritual level. Reiki touch therapy is used in much the same way to achieve similar effects that traditional massage therapy is used—to relieve stress and pain, stimulate the immune system, increase energy, and relieve the pain and symptoms of various conditions. It has been found to be very calming and reassuring.
YOGA THERAPY
Having originated in ancient India, yoga typically means 'union' between the mind, body and spirit. The ultimate aim of practicing yoga is to create a balance between the body and the mind and to attain self-enlightenment. In order to accomplish this, yoga makes use of different physical postures and poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayams), relaxation techniques and meditation. Yoga is associated with a balanced approach to life and is the perfect way to ensure overall health and vitality.
Regular practice of yoga is amazing. Its positive effects on the health and mind are visible over time. All you need to know is the most appropriate asanas meant for the structure of your body. In addition, you need to know the right way of performing the asanas, because any wrong attempt can cause injuries.
