ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Joan and I'm the founder of Breathe Cleanse Ignite & Connect.

I have always been drawn to the energetics of life and pursued many modalities of self-enquiry and personal development as a result. 

BCI&C was created after having my whole model of the world turned upside down by Neuro-linguistics programming. Who knew our words hold energetic signatures or cast spells, and the words we default to are programmed by the people we are surrounded by when we're young. Are your words empowering or limiting you, do they constrict or create space?

Transform the words our thoughts are made of and we transform our lives.

I find it empowering to know that every human has exactly what they need inside of them. It is my honour to guide people to realise this and become the creator of their own fulfilled and happy reality!

I offer sessions and programs online or in-person at Peak Wellbeing Richmond, which utilise NLP, Timeline Therapy, Hypnosis, Reiki and Access Consciousness - The Bars. You can expect a safe energetic space held for you, with an empowering conversation that will lead to change.
