Pilates classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, and are great for those who are recovering from pre/post-natal, injuries and those looking to improve fitness and general health.
We keep our classes small (with a max. of 7 clients), allowing for a more personalised and attentive session. Our teachers work closely with our Osteopaths, to make sure that every client’s injury and goals are known, so to steer clear of any further aggravation to the injury.
