COUNSELLING KINESIOLOGY™
Kinesiology Mind, Body, Medicine sessions include Holistic Counselling which involves looking at all aspects of your life iinvolving your physical and spiritual health. Holistic Counselling is Client Centred and incorporates psychotherapy that identifies your motivating fears and beliefs which affect your current way of living. Once they are identified and related to your defining life experiences, which are often unrecognised as such, you are able to choose your reaction rather than it being from your defensive subconscious.
One deeply life-changing application of this type of Psychotherapy is called Counselling Kinesiology. This is a truly amazing, powerful therapy which deals with long term stress often related to deep childhood issues. Clients have stated that the Counselling Kinesiology™ sessions tie together all the insights surrounding their beliefs, attitudes and behaviours, freeing them to create the life they now want!
Sue has undertaken training with Gordon Dickson the developer of Counselling Kinesiology™.

"Counselling Kinesiology™ (CK™) is a comprehensive system of holistic counselling utilising muscle testing, to determine the underlying emotional issues causing emotional stress. It blends (traditional) counselling techniques with highly effective de-stressing techniques (Kinesiology) and powerful practical behaviour change exercises."
Developed by Gordon and Debra Dickson, it consists of three stages (3 treatment sessions)
- A talk therapy stage consisting of carefully targeted questions and supportive listening.
- An experiential kinesiology stage of identifying critical underlying issues, de-stressing the stress and resolving the emotional issues.
- An integrative stage of exercises for converting insights into practical behaviour changes.
CK™ is used with adults for determining life satisfaction, for work, parenting, self-esteem and relationship issues and with children and adolescents for behavioural and emotional issues.Training is recognised by Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA).
