We are a Wollongong based business with a boutique approach to providing the highest standards of service for our clients. We have designed the business this way as our belief is every person and their lifestyle is unique so we treat everyone based on their own needs and not the needs of a generalised group.
The core purpose of Body Mentality is to help our clients create a long, lean, healthy body and a supercharged lifestyle using health coaching and personal training as a means to achieve this. We specialise in two area’s, one of which is creating a lifestyle of healthy habits that will allow our clients to live every day feeling their best. The second is developing long, lean and athletic bodies. We are unique in our methods for achieving these results as we pride ourselves on working from the inside out.
We integrate our health and wellness coaching into every sessions to help our clients train with the best possible mindset. As strong advocates of bio-individuality we take the time to carefully design unique training and nutrition ‘Personalised Programs’ specifically suited to our clients’ individual goals.
Whether you train five times a week or join us at group training occasionally, you will be welcomed into a friendly and supportive environment where you can train at your own pace and your individual needs are catered for during each session by our qualified trainer.
