Why Pilates?
The Pilates Method is a unique type of exercise designed to condition your body and mind. Using specific Pilates equipment or your own body, the highly refined method aligns your spine, bringing balance to your muscles, whilst strengthening and lengthening the whole body.
Pilates invigorates and energises the body through creating breath and body awareness. It focuses both body and mind to create core stability, postural alignment and mental wellbeing.

At Body In Line we use the Pilates methods as a means to improve your overall well-being. Becoming aware of your body consciously and unconsciously affects many other aspects of your life in a positive way. We are here to support that important process.Undertaking the Pilates Method as a way of life will create the best possible balance of body, mind, soul and spirit.
We use specially designed Pilates equipment and traditional Matwork whilst integrating GYROTONIC® exercises, to provide a fun way to exercise with great lasting results. You will see and feel the difference immediately.

What Body In Line Offers:
- Studio classes: private (1:1), semi-private (4:1)
- Mat classes: maximum of approx.15 per class.
These classes include: small apparatus, pre & post natal, rehabilitation specific to general fitness. Using the Pilates and GYROTONIC® methods.
