BodyEcology is a practice centred in relationship and inclusion. Zsuzsi Soboslay is its founding practitioner. She works as a performer and director, artist, writer and bodywork therapist across the eastern states of Australia. The practice makes contemporary some of the most ancient indigenous and shamanic principles :that everything has life and ‘language’ and deserves our consideration and respect. Zsuzsi offers sessions via Skype and email, to assist clients nationally and internationally.

About Zsuzsi

Zsuzsanna (Zsuzsi) Soboslay
B.A.(Hons.); A.Mus.A., L.T.C.L.

Zsuzsi is a highly respected teacher, therapist and performance collaborator who has presented BodyEcology across Australia’s Eastern states. She has worked as a writer, theatre creator and researcher and theatre creator in other parts of Australia, in London and Japan. She has published articles on identity, ecology and inclusion and over 250 reviews across all art forms, including for the Adelaide and LIFT (London) Festivals.

Workshops

BodyEcology workshops and retreats are open to anyone who is willing to think of themselves outside of conventional frames of reference and learn the possibilities of ecological dialogue with the world.

The workshops link sensory acuity with response-able action, and integrate intelligence with intuition, heart and soul.

Courses include Introduction to Shamanic Awareness, healers’ training, artists’ development, and eco-retreats, and are devised with personal and professional enrichment in mind.
