Bowen Therapy for pain relief typically involves gentle rolling motions along the muscles, tendons and fascia. The therapy's distinctive features are the physical pauses incorporated in the treatment. These pauses allow the body to "reset" itself. It can provide relief for many types of injuries and health problems, both acute and chronic, and it does so holistically, via the body's innate healing mechanisms. The practitioner's moves deliver signals to the nervous system at specific locations (on muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves affecting meridians), and the body responds in its own time, within its vital capacity. Bowen Therapy heals an array of aches and pains and also assists in preparing the body for conception.

PRANIC HEALING

Prana (प्राण, prāṇa) is the Sanskrit word for "life force"; Pranic healing treats the "energy body" which in turn affects the "physical body". The primary principle of Pranic healing is to cleanse and energize your inherent Prana to activate emotional, physical and spiritual (psychic) self-healing. Tracey has been a successful spiritual healer for many decades. The client is clothed during these treatments.

Tracey offers Medium / Psychic "lounge room" readings. These sessions are held in your lounge room with a max of 8 friends. They're conducted in a light hearted, compassionate environment which allows Trace to easily connect with your loved ones. This can be an extremely healing experience which can offer closure to those who's loved ones have passed. Tracey also offers psychic readings giving you direction and guidance around life changing decisions.
